Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify.
Customized and final-sale items are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at service@xuglow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions once approved.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to our error (such as defective or incorrect items).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging for review.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers who wish to receive a different item should place a new order after their return has been processed.
