Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We currently ship only within the United States.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days (U.S. only)
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–4 business days (U.S. only)
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors such as carrier operations, weather conditions, or regional disruptions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination (U.S. only), order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking updates to become available after dispatch.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, or if it is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly as the first step. You may also contact us for assistance, and we will do our best to help coordinate with the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
